Since 2016 I have been working a private practice at East Sussex Counselling both as a counsellor and counselling supervisor
I provide therapy for a broad range of clients, in both the public and private sector.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. My journey began as an alcohol clinician in London before moving on to community housing. These experiences allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative power of therapy and how it can change lives for the better. My training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and humanistic integrative counselling has equipped me with a range of techniques to help clients navigate their unique challenges. Whether dealing with addiction, trauma, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and heal.
