Since 2011, I have blended my personal life insights with advanced, evidence-based techniques to help clients move through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance reliance.

I provide empathetic, evidence-based therapy to help you navigate life’s challenges, break through psychological blocks, and create lasting change.
